今天看到家婆用黄姜粉才晓得原来我们这也有这玩意儿!
一直以来以为我们这有黄姜,就没有黄姜粉了。。。
嘻嘻!下回也去找找买一包来试试看!
午餐家婆用了黄姜粉涂抹在鱼身上,然后直接开始煎鱼,那煎好的鱼就会有黄姜的香味!
还有虾仁炒青菜,香菇焖鸡翅膀。
