长假Day 2: 话梅糖渍小番茄

看到网友dd的梅渍小番茄,也心痒痒想做一瓶来吃。
这做法和我之前做过的醋番茄有一点像,只是把醋换成糖和酸梅。
材料也很简单:我用了一小包小番茄、酸梅五棵、石蜂糖适量。
首先将番茄洗净风干自来水,备用。
拿个小锅子加酸梅和适量水把石蜂糖煮到糖完全溶解,待冷。
最后把风干的番茄装入干净的瓶子,倒入冷且的酸梅糖水,放入冰箱冷藏即可。
一天后就可吃到开胃的渍番茄咯!

近来大家都流行这个渍小番茄啊。
我也心动动啦,不过,冰箱还有好多很多东西没吃完啊。
