味曾蔬菜汤

原本想下个面,单看到蔬菜就已经很大碗了,下了面条肯定吃得很撑。

今晚就喝汤吃蔬菜好了!  😉

食材有:

1。味曾一大匙

2。南瓜一小片

3。番茄一粒

4。秋葵(羊角豆)6条

5。青蒜一棵

6。另外加了少许海茸根

所有材料加水煮月三十分钟,起锅前加入味曾搅拌均匀就可上桌了!
