鱼翅瓜南北杏汤+杏鲍菇香椿酱炒生菜

之前煮过一次鱼翅瓜汤,那时没有其他食材,只放了红枣。。。而且也放太多红枣了!结果我家先生说好像在喝甜品!

这一次参阅网友龙儿的食谱,加了些南北杏、红枣当然没敢多放、还有一粒蜜枣、无花果两粒、少许胡椒粒,这一次的汤好喝多了! 😉

另外炒一盘青菜有点单调,于是加了一颗杏鲍菇和少许香椿酱!

米饭还是一样的糙米+野米 饭。

                             乍看之下是不是有点像鲍鱼片炒生菜呢!  😛
