辣炒山猪肉

昨天晚上我家先生接到朋友的来电,原来他的这位好朋友当圣诞老人送了一大包山猪肉来当我们的圣诞礼物!

这山猪是他下午才打到的!分了好多给我们。。。

我们两那吃得了那么多。。。分一份准备送回娘家,另一份就送回麻坡咯!

今天依样画葫芦,参照家婆的煮法,煮了家婆拿手的辣炒山猪肉。

辣炒山猪肉的做法: 

1。一大块的老姜,切丝

2。蒜头,我用了十多瓣,切细

3。去籽小红辣椒,十二根,切细

4。山猪肉切薄片,用米酒、胡椒粉、酱清稍微腌一腌

5。起锅先爆香姜丝、蒜蓉、红辣椒;加入山猪肉炒约十到十五分钟即可上桌。

                                          再加一份杏鲍菇炒小白菜

                 还有白萝卜、陈皮、山楂汤。这汤是参照网友龙儿的食谱做的! 😉
