麻坡山猪肉大食会

回到麻坡才晓得家里也有山猪肉。。。

家婆说这回收到的山猪比较小只,只好拿来卤;而我们带回来的就拿来炒!

所以这几天做了名副其实的肉食动物! 

今天的午餐除了在厨房帮头帮尾,我还贡献了两道纯蔬食的菜肴唷! 😉

做了香椿酱杏鲍菇及凉拌海茸根。小姑子和家婆都说好吃!(好开心呢! 😀 )

可惜就差阿俐没回来,要不然她就有机会尝尝托她买回来的海茸根和香椿酱了。。。

再一次谢谢阿俐不嫌麻烦的帮我买了美味的香椿拌酱和海茸根!

                            凉拌海茸根。(谢谢show的笔记)

我的做法是先将海茸根泡软,用热水川烫;然后加适量的醋、酱清、麻油、姜末及辣椒;拌均匀,即可上桌!
