大蒜焖芽菇+清炒奶白+黄豆芽味噌汤

若没记错,这应该是叫芽菇。。。

记得以前妈妈好像煮过!这菜也好像要在农历新年期间前后才会有。。。吃起来有点像马铃薯! 😉

    芽菇切成薄片 然后那去炸也很好吃哦
    比起potato chips有过之而无不及!
    要不然就用大蒜红糟来炒也很美味~
