养生蔬菜多谷米粥

其实也可以叫懒人粥。。。

懒惰的时候将材料洗切好,统统加入电饭锅,按一按开关,就行了! 😉

除了黄瓜(一小段),洗净切细丁待粥煮好后上桌前加入粥里拌匀即可。

吃时可依个人口味酌量加些胡椒粉及酱清调味。
