辣炒秋葵(羊角豆)+蔬食版肉骨茶

秋葵即羊角豆是我超爱的一种蔬菜。。。

每回,若去吃经济饭时,若有这到菜,不管它是什么煮法,我多半都会拿。。。 😉

今天蔬食版肉骨茶和之前做法大同小异。。。

这一次尝试不加素羊肉就只加蔬菜,如黑木耳、腐竹、香菇、青菜或白菜、豆卜(豆包)、猴头菇和肉骨茶汤包一起煮;起过前加适量的黑酱油及酱清调味,就完成咯!
