As a customer, i think i will only step in the restaurant once time only.
Because the Management and service attitude got a big problem.
this is a very good lesson to everyone include me.
14 Feb 2009, 6pm to 10pm..a big case happen through all the restaurant, around thousands people know about it.
what is the matter? u ask the management lah if they got face to say.
As a PR practitioner, Brand image is very very important to a company.
Restaurant also can’t be excluded, it need more people to help promote the restaurant by mouth.
of course, now the news already spread all the WWW.
I am no satisfy with the management because they dun know how to handle crisis. they dun know do some suitable thing in suitable time.
where they do wrong i dun want to say again. u can ask the management.
they will say this is just a rumour if they no honest at all.
how much they lost?
at least i know they earn four hall money in the valentine’s day
but i also can count they will lost around thousand halls profit in the future…
Brand is important to a company especially chineses restaurant.
Please find some people who is capaple handle crisis to do the management.
This is just a fair comment from a customer view.
hope every restaurant can learn the lesson from the restaurant nearby sutera..
