清炒金针菜+清蒸三文鱼+白萝卜海带芽汤

新尝试。。。

第一次吃这新鲜的金针~~

一般看到都是晒干的金针花~~

原来新鲜的金针菜清炒就很好吃了! 😉

    在金马仑看过满山的金针菜,但没吃过,下回有机会一定尝试。
    对了,从相片看来有点像秋葵。

    很清脆。

    蔬菜、水果,還是新鲜的好吃。営養成分最多。

    I back to Senai for a week in the beginning of Aug actually. Very busy and short trip. Before reaching hometown, my hubby and me stopped in Bangkok for 3 nights. Will update it to my blog later. After back to working life , hard to maintain my blog.

    By the way, do u have idea how to fry Indian Mamak noodle?

    下一次又买到在补上照片~~
    这金针菜是在Tesco买到的~~
    或许其他大型超市会有买吧!
