腰豆生菜芝麻酱沙拉

买了瓶找了很久的芝麻酱~~

今天新开张拿来做成味道清爽开胃有不甜腻的芝麻沙拉酱~~

那腰果也是收在冰箱某个角落好一段日子了~~

还好没变质,用干锅小火把腰果炒香当零嘴吃,也可以加些在沙拉上。

芝麻沙拉酱:

1。芝麻酱一小匙

2。糖、胡椒粉适量

3。酱清两大匙

4。橄榄油一大匙

以上材料拌匀淋在洗好的蔬菜上即可享用美味可口的沙拉了~~    😉
