Spinach and Cottage Cheese

材料:

1。菠菜洗净,用热水烫熟,取叶子部份,打成菠菜泥,备用;

2。大葱、番茄洗净,切丁;

3。青辣椒两条,切细末;

4。Poppy seeds适量

5。cottage cheese

6。香料粉:cumin powder、coriander powder 各一小茶匙、nutmeg powder半茶匙。

做法:

1。现将cottage cheese稍微煎一煎,取出备用;

2。把poppy seed放入少许油的热锅里,当poppy seeds开始“跳舞”时就把大葱加入,翻炒至大葱变软呈半透明状;

3。这时加入辣椒、番茄、香料粉一起拌炒至番茄软化;

4。加入菠菜泥,煮滚;

5。最后加入煎香的cottage cheese就可以熄火上菜咯!
