豆渣饼

这一回用做豆浆剩下的豆渣来做豆渣饼。

相比之下做豆渣饼比做素香松(豆酥)简单多了!

                香菜、胡萝卜、西葫芦、沙葛、香菇、大葱 都切细。

       加一小茶匙茴香粉、少许胡椒粉、盐和切细的材料一并拌入豆渣里。

      若豆渣太湿就是情况酌量加些面粉。

      将以上用手搓成小圆球,稍微压扁,入油锅半煎半炸只熟透即可。
