韩式炒冬粉

1。韩式冬粉:不需泡水,直接用热水煮软备用。

2。西葫芦1/3条、胡萝卜一小段、大葱一个、高丽菜适量,都切丝然后个别中大火快炒,备用。

3。鸡蛋两粒,把蛋白、蛋黄分开,个别煎熟,一样切丝备用。

4。香菇、黑木耳泡软,也切细丝,用适量酱清、麻油;煮熟备用。

最后这一碗:酱清2~3大匙+1大匙糖+1小匙炒熟的白芝麻+1把切细末的青葱+适量蒜末;

把以上酱汁煮滚,熄火把之前烫熟的冬粉加入,拌均匀~~

接着把炒好的蔬菜、蛋皮加入,一起拌好就可以吃咯!
