南瓜蔬菜面疙瘩

两天前,打面团做南瓜面包时,南瓜泥准备得太多,

趁面团发酵时间,用多出来的南瓜泥+一碗面粉,用搅拌器打成一光滑的面团。

然后把面团放入密封的袋子里再放入冰箱冷藏。

今天就轻轻松松的有面疙瘩吃咯! 😉

冰箱里拿出来的南瓜面团。。。

擀平,切自己喜欢大小片状;

煮一锅蔬菜汤,汤滚了之后,关小火,再把面疙瘩一一加入锅里头;

然后再开大火,把面疙瘩煮熟就行咯!
